About Me
I am a highly experienced and professionally qualified integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor and an accredited member (MBACP ACCRED) of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy www.bacp.co.uk.
I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework and offer a warm and sensitive approach without judgement and a place to talk confidentially about whatever is troubling you. Together we can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences and understand the difficulties you are facing.
I am professionally trained and experienced in working integratively using a range of different theories with a special interest in attachment theory. I support both adults and young people aged 16 and over by offering counselling therapy through face to face, online and telephone sessions and I am experienced in supporting clients in difficult times including anxiety, stress, self confidence, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement, emotional balance, anger or loneliness.
Please contact me if you would like to have a free initial telephone consultation to see if counselling could be right for you.
I offer face to face counselling sessions at my practice in Camberley and also online and telephone counselling. I offer short term or longer term counselling and work Monday to Friday with some availability in the evenings.

My Approach
Every client is different and I really listen to each client's needs and what they would like to achieve in counselling.
As a professionally qualified Integrative Counsellor I am trained and highly experienced in using different counselling approaches which means I offer an individual approach to meet each client's specific needs. I am also trained in using creative resources in therapy as some clients find this way of working helpful to think about thoughts and feelings.
I offer a confidential and supportive space to be heard and accept my clients for who they are. Working together with my clients, we hold regular reviews to reflect on the goals for therapy, to think about how the counselling is going and to see if having more sessions could be helpful.
